Are you ready to make a lasting impact in Redondo Beach?

We are now accepting applications for Leadership Redondo, a dynamic program designed to connect and empower individuals from across our civic, business, and community sectors.



Since 2000, Leadership Redondo has equipped participants with the knowledge, relationships, and leadership tools needed to better serve and strengthen our city.

As a participant, you will:

• Gain behind-the-scenes access to city departments, schools, county government, and more

• Build meaningful relationships with fellow leaders and decision-makers

• Develop a class project that leaves a lasting mark on the community

Key Dates:

• Program Kickoff: Friday, January 9th, 2025

• Monthly Class Days: Second Friday of each month (Jan-Sept)
