Women across the globe will unite on March 7, 2026, to address the issues impacting our lives today. Here in the South Bay, women will gather at Veterans Park in Redondo Beach from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM for a powerful and inspiring event.
This year’s theme is Restoration Rally: Women’s Rights, Voting Rights, Democracy, Mental Health, and Community. The day will feature panel discussions, community leaders, and local organizations hosting informational tables.
One of this year’s highlighted themes is Mental Health — an area especially close to my heart. As a Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy and host of the radio show Your Best Life on HealthyLife.net, I have spent years helping individuals create healthier, more empowered lives.
For generations, women have been taught to take care of everyone else before taking care of themselves. That narrative must change. We need to prioritize our own health — for our own well-being -- only then can we effectively support our families, our communities, and the causes we care about.
If you would like to connect with me at the event, I will be hosting a table alongside other community representatives. I would love to meet you. You may also reach me directly at joan@joanirvineconsulting.
Last year, I had the honor of serving as keynote speaker at the Redondo Beach Women’s March 2025, where I spoke about the importance of women becoming more involved in politics — especially in light of the recent Redondo Beach mayoral campaign. You can view that talk here: https://tinyurl.com/5b866eb3 .
I hope you’ll join us on March 7. When women come together with purpose, awareness, and action, meaningful change happens.
