Kathleen Terry is an amazing Life Coach. She has facilitated many Leadership Redondo and Manhattan Beach programs; including my LR 2008 class. This was the start of my advocacy in Redondo Beach.

Learn about the realities of sex trafficking in the LA area. For example and very sad, 80% of victims are from foster care. The gangs that used to sell guns, drugs and other contraband are now selling people.

For years I've been talking at City Council about how the Black Market that sells drugs to our youth will also traffic their children. Also the gangs are grooming the children via social media. I've been warning that the Internet/social media is the real danger, not two legal dispensaries. Parents must recognize that the real danger to children comes not from legal businesses but from the black market and unchecked internet access. So parents are giving predators direct entry into their homes.

If you don't know, I spent over two decades in online child protection. So this really hits home to me.
