Kim began her career in 1993 when she opened Grand Opening! in Brookline, Massachusetts—a female- and couples-friendly sexual wellness store. Since then, she has worked with companies throughout the industry, large and small, and has taught thousands of classes covering everything from sexual wellness products to education and intimacy. She has extensive experience in the medical field, training doctors and therapists about readily available products to help their patients.

She is also a Contributing Editor of Pleasure Products for AVN, a leading source of news and information for the adult industry.
