Despite ongoing delays in establishing local cannabis dispensaries, the residents of Redondo Beach can expect dispensaries by the end of 2025. Voters have consistently shown their support for cannabis dispensaries, with 64% voting for Prop 64 in 2016 and approving measures for cannabis sales taxation in 2022.
In response to the community’s interest, I am interviewing cannabis companies that are actively exploring business opportunities and may apply for dispensary licenses in Redondo Beach. At Hustler, Philip was responsible for full P&L management, overseeing 60+ locations, acquisitions, e-commerce, and more, generating over $125M in annual revenue. He led teams handling marketing, construction, distribution, merchandising, and IT operations.
